The Brief History of our Company

The company started off in the middle of 1970s as a small family business, which developed continuously over the years into the modern firm, which gave a job to 80 employees on 1000 m², and became known as Kovács Ltd in 1993.

We are currently employing more than 200 workers on roughly 16, 000 m² for the production of turned, milled, and forged iron products for local and foreign companies. At present, the two generations of the founding family, with the aid of an engineering team, are producing spare parts for widespread customer ship, mainly for the car industry.

The company puts a great emphasis on the importance of using the latest technology to achieve the highest level customer satisfaction. In order to provide that level of quality we operate on the basis of ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality management regulations.
